Join Jen Fisher for a 60 minute strong vinyasa yoga class that will combine breath and movement in an intelligent sequence designed to guide you into a place of mindfulness in motion. The class will be a continuous flow that ends with some deep stretching and a sweet savasana.

 

Community is so important for all of us and sometimes talking to an old friend for a few moments after class turns into wanting to grab coffee or spend more time.  So, join me on February 24th for a 75 minute yoga class followed by a healthy vegetarian brunch! 

Saturday is a great day to have a longer practice and to dive into the solar nature of a vinyasa class.  In these 75 minutes, we will move through a strong flow, however I will always offer modifications and variations and guide to listen to the body. pre-registration is required.
