We all know at this point that we are made of energy. Prana. Life Force. And oh how we know there are lots of different kinds of energy. Good, bad. Healthy, sick. Positive, negative. The chakra system is a way to navigate all of the different energies in the body. Our inner energy super highway. Our sense of security. Our creativity. Our sense of self. Our love and loves. Our truth. Our wisdom. Our bliss.
And don’t you know it - these centers are not always in balance. Sometimes they just are and we have that moment of pure bliss - for no reason at all. Sometimes we are off. This course is about fine tuning. About being curious and diving in. About being open to being your own pilot, your own captain, your own teacher.

Curious about chakras—but want more than buzzwords? This eight-week journey blends steady, accessible yoga with simple, practical tools to help you understand and feel your energy centers in real life.
Each week we’ll focus on one chakra—through meditation, pranayama, asana, and reflection—and explore how it shows up in your body, emotions, and day-to-day choices. In the final week, we’ll weave everything together in a full-spectrum practice.
What to Expect Each Tuesday
Short, clear teaching: Jen opens with a grounded overview of the chakra of the week—what it is, how it functions, and common signs of imbalance.
Guided practice (the heart of class): A 75-minute flow designed to embody the theme—sequencing, music, language, and imagery that help you drop into your own experience.
Integration: A nourishing savasana, a simple takeaway, and a prompt to carry the work off the mat.

Week 2 - January 13th - Svadhisthana Chakra - Flow, creativity, feeling
Week 3 - January 20th - Manipura Chakra - Confidence, boundaries, personal power
Week 4 - January 27th - Anahata – Compassion, connection, receiving
Week 5 - February 3rd - Vishuddha Chakra – Voice, truth, expression
Week 6 - February 10th - Ajna Chakra – Clarity, intuition, perspective
Week 7 - February 17th - Sahasrara Chakra– Spaciousness, trust, belonging to something larger
Week 8 - February 24th -Integration – A full-chakra practice to root, rise, and harmonize
