This mentorship is designed for yoga teachers in their early teaching journey whowant personalized support from a seasoned teacher with 15+ years of experience.
Through one-on-one sessions — in person or via Zoom — we’ll explore the art and craft of teaching beyond what’s covered in a 200-hour program, helping you gain confidence, clarity, and your own authentic teaching voice.
These sessions can be held at your home or in Jen's home studio.
Special Events
Yoga is a beautiful way to connect to yourself but can also give you a deeper feeling of connection with those who experience it with you.
Jen has led many special classes for groups of friends for various celebrations such as birthdays, weddings, bachelorette, and other holidays . Jen will create a class with deep meaning custom designed for your group and reason for gathering.

Kids Yoga Teacher Training
She has taught all ages of kids and has been able to teach in many different places from yoga studios, schools, daycare centers and even co-owned a kids yoga and art studio in Raleigh.
