Nature is the purest pathway to inner peace.  It recharges our energy. It rejuvenates our soul.

As summer comes to a close, we will gather in the forest of old fort, North Carolina to return to nature and leave the wild busy of everyday life for three nights and four days of healing.  In creekside cabins under the stars, you will be given the opportunity to enhance your relationship with nature and your true nature without all of the distractions of the modern wired world we live in. we will practice gratitude as we prepare to harvest what we have planted this year in our hearts and lives.

fall is a time for regeneration and rest. a time to check in with yourself and reflect on what you are grateful for.

we shall connect with all of nature’s elements in the forest and celebrate this changing season outside of us and within.

Sound Healing

LeeAnn Anderson will guide you through many beautiful practices on this retreat.

A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nuture your mind and body.

Lee Ann will lead three sound healings on the retreat. She will also lead morning qigong as well as an intuition workshop.

Known for her soulful warmth and brightness, LeeAnn’s nurturing heart allows others to be seen, and heal deeply. Her deep desire is to cultivate and serve a community that brings brilliant vitality and sincere happiness to its people. this passion flows through her loving guidance to others toward a renewed quality of life through education, awareness, humor and spiritual integration.

LeeAnn describes herself as a hummingbird, a collector of life experiences. Her quest for knowledge, skill and wisdom has led her down many roads in the worlds of business, the arts and non-profits, but her constant has always been music.

"I came in thinking I was going to hone my yoga skills. I left feeling more in touch with myself, more enlightened on the dimensions of yoga, and more connected to others seeking peace and community. It was such a wonderful experience and a safe place to be my authentic self. "

"It is hard to put into words how valuable the retreat experience was for me. I arrived Thursday feeling tired, drained, insecure and like a shell of myself. After my time with Jen, LeeAnn and the fabulous group of women, I left on Sunday morning feeling energized, rested, rejuvenated and confident in my path forward. I got so much out of each session, and I am excited to take what I learned and this new sense of calm with me into the future. These retreats are going to be a yearly tradition for me. "
