Join us for an immersive evening of movement, live music, and deep relaxation beneath the radiant energy of July's Full Moon.

We'll begin with a soulful, all-levels vinyasa flow accompanied by live music that unfolds alongside the practice. Rather than simply playing in the background, the music will breathe with the class, rising with moments of strength, softening during stillness, and creating a truly one-of-a-kind experience where movement and melody become one.

As the practice gently settles into stillness, you'll be guided into an extended 45-minute sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. The soothing vibrations invite the nervous system to unwind, quiet the mind, and create space for deep rest and renewal.

The July Full Buck Moon reminds us that growth happens naturally when we nourish what matters most. Just as the buck grows a new set of antlers each summer, stronger than before, we are invited to honor our own seasons of becoming. This moon encourages us to recognize the strength we've cultivated, celebrate how far we've come, and gently release the stories, fears, or patterns that no longer support the person we're growing into.

Together we'll move with intention, breathe deeply, and allow the music and sound to carry us into a place of presence and possibility. Whether you're seeking renewal, reflection, or simply a peaceful evening for yourself, this experience offers an opportunity to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and inspired.
