Offerings

  • Yoga studio with mats, blocks, and cushions arranged on a wooden floor, featuring a black brick fireplace, large windows, and artwork with orange accents on the walls.

    Yoga

Each yoga class will be designed for you to go on an inward journey to the self. morning classes will be vinyasa style and solar as the sun’s energy. evening classes will be restorative and lunar as the moon’s energy.

Classes will be offered as open level with options for advanced students to expand and for any student to modify. The classes aren’t the best way for beginners to experience yoga, so some yoga under the belt is recommended, or private instruction prior to the retreat would be helpful.

  • A woman standing barefoot on a wooden dock by a body of water during sunset, holding a large hand drum in front of her, wearing a long flowing dress and a yellow necklace.

    Sound Healing

When we experience a sound healing our brains have a chance to drop into a Theta brain wave state, which promotes creativity, healing and intuition. It allows us to access our subconscious mind. When we drop into this state-

The left and right hemispheres of the brain begin to resonate to a steady rhythm together the subconscious and unconscious minds become aligned, unresolved issues are released, stress is released and you become more vibrationally coherent and increasingly powerful and healthy.

Hatteras Island, North Carolina

Hatteras Island

Seven villages, two lighthouses, and one National Seashore make up Hatteras Island. In every village and town – Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo, Avon, Buxton, Frisco, and Hatteras Village – the past rubs up against the present and in waters where wooden fishing boats once hauled in the day’s catch in a hand-woven net, sleek fishing boats carry charters out to the Gulf Stream and modern trawlers haul in a ton of shrimp at a time; the Bodie Island and Cape Hatteras Lighthouses run on electricity, not whale oil, but their lights shine out across the hidden dangers of Diamond Shoals and Oregon Inlet all the same; and everywhere you look it’s unlike any other place in the world.
